Quick Answer

Life With Scarlett is a parent-managed website. We collect only the information you choose to give us through forms (like your name and email), plus basic, privacy-friendly analytics about how the site is used. We never knowingly collect personal information from children, and we never sell personal information. Questions? Email hello@thescarlettclark.com.

Who we are

Life With Scarlett (thescarlettclark.com) is a lifestyle and inspiration website managed entirely by a parent. All content decisions, communications, and business inquiries are handled by an adult. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Effective date: July 9, 2026. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Information you give us

Contact and newsletter forms: when you fill out a form on this site, we collect the information you enter, typically your first name and email address, plus anything you include in a message. Forms on this site are powered by Kartra, our email and form provider, which stores this information on our behalf.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, send the newsletter or freebies you requested, and evaluate collaboration opportunities. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message, or by emailing hello@thescarlettclark.com.

Please do not submit private information about any child through our forms, including exact schedules, school names, locations, or other identifying details.

Information collected automatically

Analytics: this site uses privacy-focused web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand overall traffic, such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. This tool does not use cookies to track individuals across the web and does not build advertising profiles.

Hosting and security: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs for security, performance, and abuse prevention. This is standard for virtually every website.

Embedded content and third parties

Some pages may embed content from other platforms, such as YouTube videos. When you play embedded content, the platform providing it may collect data as described in its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing those policies if you have concerns.

Affiliate links: in the future, some product links on this site may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a small commission if you purchase through them at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships are disclosed in our Disclosure Policy and within content. Affiliate partners may use their own cookies to attribute purchases; those cookies belong to the partner, not to us.

We never sell personal information to anyone.

Children's privacy

This website is parent-managed and is intended for a general audience of families, with all inquiries handled by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our forms are intended for use by parents and adults.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, email hello@thescarlettclark.com and we will delete it promptly.

We also ask visitors of every age not to share private information about any child through this site, including names paired with schedules, schools, studios, or locations.

How long we keep information

Form submissions and email list information are kept for as long as needed to respond to you or for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, it is removed from our active email system, though our providers may retain limited records as required for their legal and security obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of that email. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@thescarlettclark.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We honor reasonable requests from all visitors regardless of location.
